Hilton La Romana All-Inclusive Family Resort Bayahibe, Bayahibe

The hotel provided a mix of positives and negatives. While the rooms were very comfortable and spacious, disappointingly, they were not ready at the 3 pm check-in time after a long trip. The room service was responsive only for towels, neglecting our beverage requests. Additionally, the Peruvian restaurant did not live up to the authentic Peruvian food expectation, despite paying for a partial sea view.

The hotel is situated in a prime location at the beautiful Bayahibe beach, offering spectacular views. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but service could use improvements, especially in the premium category. The Peruvian restaurant falls short in representing authentic Peruvian cuisine.
